WHAT IS THE SPRING FUNDRAISER?

The Spring Fundraiser is an Adults Only event to raise money to support Mead Elementary.   Parents, community members, and local business owners gather for a fun-filled night of bidding on both live and silent auction items. This event includes a dinner from Ranchero’s with all the fixings, dessert, cash bar and a whole lot of fun! 

WHAT ARE MUSTANG MEMORIES?

Our amazing teachers put together fantastic outings and experiences to share with our students.   These are available to to bid on during the live auction and are sure to be a hit. Don’t miss out on these fun and exciting auction items!

WHAT ITEMS ARE UP FOR BID IN THE AUCTIONS?

The auction includes a range of items to bid on; fun local outings, restaurants for date nights or family dinners, parties,  tickets, beauty and fitness services, lots of delicious wine, and much, much more! Additionally, the classroom baskets will be featured along with Mustang Memories.  Our auction includes items for every budget, we aim to offer items and packages at a variety of price ranges to make everyone feel included in this fun night of fundraising.

HOW & WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE ITEMS I PURCHASE?

At the end of the evening we will gather all the items you won in both the live and silent auctions.  You’ll stop by checkout on your way home to pick up the items and pay by cash, check or credit card.  

WHEN & WHERE IS THE SPRING FUNDRAISER?

The Spring Fundraiser will be held at Ranchero’s Restaurant on March 9th, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at 4322 HWY 66 Longmont, CO 80504

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS & WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Tickets are $25 per person (Adults Only) and if you are willing to donate to cover a the cost of the Teachers ticket there is an option for that as well. Get your tickets early  to secure your spot. Tickets include a dinner, dessert, cash bar and a whole lot of fun!
