What are Bylaws?
Bylaws are the written rules that guide how an organization operates. For the Mead Elementary PAC, the bylaws outline things like our purpose, how meetings and voting work, how board members are selected , and how decisions are made.
They help ensure the Mead Elementary PAC operates in a transparent, consistent, and fair way for the benefit of the Mead Elementary community.
Why they Matter
Our bylaws help:
Define the PAC's mission and goals
Provide clear expectations for leadership roles and responsibilities
Ensure decisions are made fairly and with parent input
Maintain good governance practices for our nonprofit organization
